Not All Of Jeffrey Epstein's Accusers Have Accepted Compensation From The Fund
The Epstein Chronicles - Podcast tekijän mukaan Bobby Capucci

Caroline Kaufman, now 27, filed a lawsuit against Jeffrey Epstein’s estate seeking $500 million in damages, claiming that an incident when she was 17 years old at Epstein’s Manhattan mansion resulted in the development of a serious bone disease (osteomyelitis). She alleges that during a fake modeling casting arranged by Epstein, she was raped, and in the course of the assault Epstein struck her in the face and pinned her arm, which she says led to a jaw injury that triggered the disease. After the assault, Kaufman says she suffered severe pain, muscle spasms, and emotional trauma; the physical injury is central to her claim.Kaufman first considered taking compensation through the Epstein victim’s compensation fund but rejected the offer she received as “offensive,” saying it wouldn’t even cover the surgery she believes she needs. She alleges the fund did not distribute its money in a way that was fair or sufficient to victims. Citing Epstein’s estimated worth (over $600 million), her legal team argues that the compensation sought is within reason given the severity of the harm alleged. To contact me:[email protected]:https://nypost.com/2021/06/15/jeffrey-epstein-accuser-sues-for-500m-over-bone-disease/Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-epstein-chronicles--5003294/support.
