Something of a split-screen moment in the U.S. economy. The Dow, S&P 500, and Nasdaq are all finishing up for their 6th week in a row, hitting record highs on a regular basis. But at the same time, consumer confidence has been falling, as a majority of Americans say they feel worse off than four years ago.
