#75: How to begin elimination communication

Today I’ll share how to begin elimination communication, at each stage and age. We will go through this quickly and simply so you can get a glimpse of what starting EC can look like, and feel way less intimidated to start if you haven’t already (or have only partially begun, or half-assed it so far - you know who you are! 💁‍♀️). I’ve definitely explained how to start elimination communication before, and today it will be a bit different!
