Episode 621In this listener special episode of #TheHabitCoach Podcast, Host Ashdin answers an interesting question from a listener Rachana Mandal - She asks, "Hi Ashdin, this one among the thousands of questions I have for you - How do you organize your energy levels throughout a day? I am overambitious while making several to-do lists and goals for the week, I get distracted and make multiple lists and barely achieve any because I run out of energy. I work in corporate, the work timings are hectic and sometimes unpredictable but I look forward to my sketching classes, time to illustrate, play my ukulele and even do my passion design projects in all the chaos with my cooking and cleaning. I also get very disappointed and frustrated on the days I am unable to work out. Most days, my battery just runs low halfway and I just want to be able to sleep but my anxiety about not being able to do all of these things sometimes keeps me awake. Where am I going wrong? P.S: My apologies for such a long question."Ashdin answers by explaining the various types of energy present in our bodies and how to balance all of them. Further, he shares a super simple habit for boosting our energies with multiple exercises.
