Self Help Books Are Useless

The Habit Coach with Ashdin Doctor - Podcast tekijän mukaan IVM Podcasts

Did you know that one of the most successful self-help books of all time was written back in 1937 and it is named 'Think and grow rich' by Napoleon Hill. He interviews the richest industrialists and the Moghuls of his time and identifies the commonality between all of them. In this episode of The Habit Coach, Ashdin talks about self-help books, how as humans we learn at different levels, how habits are a part of our subconscious mind. If you want to make a change in your life you have to change your habits, books are useless if we keep them at an intellectual level. We need to dig deep and allow them to change the way our subconscious thinks. To make the most of the self-help books, start reading them slowly and don't be in a hurry to finish them. Digest them, spend time each day thinking about what you have read, and think about turning whatever you have read into a habit.Tune in to #TheHabitCoach with Ashdin Doctor.Check out the Awesome180 Habit Coach app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.awesome180.habitcoach&hl=en_IN&gl=USYou can follow Ashdin Doctor on Instagram @ashdindoc (https://www.instagram.com/ashdindoc/?hl=en)Check out Ashdin's website - Awesome180 (http://awesome180.com/)Youtube Channel: The Habit Coach - Awesome180: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCZQpxuIf7moTOU8kCAu0ZfgYou can listen to this show and other awesome shows on the IVM Podcasts app on Android: https://ivm.today/android or iOS: https://ivm.today/ios, or any other podcast app.
