ANDREA BOLIN Certified in Servant Leadership from Cornell University, Andrea is focused on initiatives which deliver results with MLCV. Andrea identifies, creates, and executes special projects that enhance the company’s mission and core values. Key initiative is to bridge all businesses within the organization’s portfolio to enhance the company culture, drive strategy for performance results and cohesiveness across. A personal mission is to help all within MLCV and other organizations to foster a culture of servant leadership. Creating authentic leaders who inspire and support others passion in serving others is vital to delivering on a culture of servant leadership. During her tenure, Andrea has helped spearhead several signature programs helping to foster Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures servant leadership focused culture, including an internal leadership development conference, where 450 leaders across the company learn new leadership skills to bring to their roles each year; a National Leadership Development Conference (NLDC), where 500 leaders across the country come to learn new skills and behaviors within a culture of servant leadership; a mid-year leadership executive summit, which gives leaders a pulse on the company; and a woman’s leadership initiative where more than 125 woman in the company come together to connect, empower and emerge as leaders. Andrea has 25+ years of experience with the company in various leadership roles ranging from Food & Beverage, Human Resources and Learning and Development department. She is also involved in volunteering with several different organizations; Special Olympics Minnesota, Feed My Starving Children, Metro North Chamber of Commerce and TwinWest Chamber of Commerce. She is a mentor on the U of Minnesota W.I.L.L. mentoring program for D1 women athletes. She is an Executive Board Member of the non-profit organization Team Women in Minnesota and chairs their Mentor program. She and her husband, Bill live in Scandia, Minnesota. In her spare time, Andrea enjoys grandchildren, golfing, flowers and camping. [email protected] JOE NAYQUONABE CEO Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures Joe Nayquonabe, Jr. is an American Indian business professional that has spent his career reimagining and reinventing how American Indian tribal economies grow and prosper. He spent over a decade as a marketing executive growing the Grand Casino brand before ascending to CEO of the Mille Lacs Band’s Corporate Commission where he created several companies including Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures, which manages the entire business portfolio of the Mille Lacs Band; FoxTrot Marketing Group; Maadaadizi Holdings; Wewinabi Inc., Makwa Global, and SlotCo. Nayquonabe has a bachelor’s degree in marketing from St. Cloud State University, a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management and a master of tribal administration and governance degree from the University of Minnesota Duluth. He and his wife, Chris, live in Onamia with their daughters, Bella, Phoenix-Rose, and Xiana.
