EP69 “How To Add Sweetness To Your Life” Mennat Al Hammami

Mennat is a fitness enthusiast, an ALL IN girl's girl, ex wedding planner/creative turned Pilates instructor! She has always adapted to the times where fitness is concerned, trying out all kinds of exercise styles the 90s and 2000s had to offer! Daughter of an Olympics participant and Step Aerobics Queen (her mama), movement was always a fundamental part of her life. Finding the Tracy Anderson Method in 2011 was a turning point where she was truly able to transform and grow a deeper connection to her body. It wasn't until after she had her second child, that she realized that her body stopped responding to the same eating patterns method and something inside was fighting back. Migraines, gut disruption being a main attribute to the imbalance she was feeling. Having a sister with autoimmune who cut out dairy, gluten and sugar opened her eyes to the possibility that the issue could have been internal. She took the plunge in August 2020 and signed up to the Journey with Paola.
