I’m a mom, a yogi and a Holistic Nutrition Coach dedicated to help you live your life in full alignment. My own story of healing lead me to a plant-based lifestyle that integrates mindfulness with gentle movement to feel like my best self every day. Chronic eczema, anxiety and an eating disorder in early adolescence were my conditions that I was able to overcome with a holistic lifestyle and I am grateful for every single one of these challenges as these experiences now help me to connect with all of my clients from a place of deep understanding. Coming from a fashion and design background with a strong interest in health and wellness, I was looking for a new challenge after the birth of my first daughter which led me to complete the program as a Holistic Nutrition Coach from Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York. I am currently in my second year of studying to be a meditation teacher with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach and I’m so excited to share this life-changing wellness tool with others. I am passionate about sharing the benefits of a plant-based lifestyle, developing new recipes, helping others discover mindfulness and coaching my clients to live an abundant and joyful life.
