How To Have More Self Love

Today I’m going to talk about how to stop doing something that I hear so many people I talk to admit to doing that is self sabotaging you way more than you may even know… So many people that are stuck in ruts, feeling unmotivated, lost, and like they just aren’t living to their full potential… are also admitting to me that they talk negatively to themselves.  Sometimes that’s even disguised as trying to be “real” and honest with yourself… but there is a very fine line when you’re stuck in a rut and feeling unmotivated or unloved, between negative self talk, and constructive self talk.  It seems like self love can be so corny to some people, but in reality what it really means to practice self love is to learn how to be your biggest fan. Why is that important?.. Because if you love yourself, and truly appreciate yourself it WILL help with your confidence AND… Ultimately affect the actions you do (or don’t…), take in this world.  Listen to this episode on how to practice treating yourself with more self love so that you can start to walk into the highest  version of yourself and make more out of the one life you have to live. *BONUS* My gift to help you start experiencing transformation in your life by discovering more of what there is to love about yourself… Journaling is a simple yet powerful and effective tool that can help you instantly improve the quality of your life.
