Last month Mark successfully climbed and summited Mt. Everest, the highest mountain on earth. By doing so, he became the first NFL player in history to make it to the top of The Seven Summits, the highest mountains on each of the seven continents. In addition to being a former NFL football player and successful high altitude mountain climber, Mark is also an accomplished entrepreneur, philanthropist, podcaster, and executive at Sports Illustrated. He’s a man who’s lived an incredible life and a man with multiple missions. One of Mark’s important missions is helping his daughter, Emilia, with successfully overcoming her own Everest by defeating epilepsy (uncontrolled and sometimes fatal seizures). Currently, more than 3.4 million people in the U.S. have epilepsy (1 in 26 people), with 3,000 people dying each year from Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy (SUDEP).  In our live video interview, Mark will be sharing his Mt. Everest adventure. I’ll also be asking Mark to share the mindset he developed early in life to become a successful athlete, entrepreneur, and human being. Live Q&A is always encouraged!
