Rich Walsh reacts to Rodgers

KDKA TV’s Richie Walsh joined the show. Rich, an avid golfer, is upset that he isn’t at Oakmont due to the Steelers mandatory minicamp sessions. That being said, Richie has no doubt that Aaron Rodgers being here is the biggest sports story in Pittsburgh and one of the biggest across the league. Richie said his big takeaway from the Rodgers presser is that Mike Tomlin is the big reason why he signed here. Rich said there is noticeable zip on the ball from Rodgers and he looks different than the other QBs at Steelers practice. Richie thinks this year is a better fit than what the Steelers had with Russell Wilson last season. Richie questioned how many takers Rodgers had out there. No TJ Watt today – big deal or little deal? Rich thinks Watt is the most disruptive player in football and speculated what the deal looks like.
