The Russia-Ukraine War Report - Podcast tekijän mukaan Malcontent News

The Russia-Ukraine War Report provides comprehensive, fact-based news coverage about the war in Ukraine. Our team of journalists, researchers, and analysts are from Georgia, Israel, Finland, Poland, Ukraine, the U.S., and the U.K. We go beyond content aggregation and provide analysis and assessments on how today's stories shape the war's future. Executive producer Zarina Zabrisky leads today's episode. We are excited to announce that Zarina's co-host, Marina, will be joining the team the week of September 18, and the six-day-a-week war updates will restart. Zarina talks with WBHG News journalist Katie Livingstone about the active role women are taking in the war against Russian aggression. Director of the Press Center of the Southern Defense Forces of Ukraine (Operational Command South), Captain Nataliya Humeyuk, discusses her role as a military spokesperson. Anna Grechishkina, one of 5,000 women frontline soldiers serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, talks about her role working with Latin and South American volunteer soldiers and how she deals with the stress of being in combat. Tamara, who requested her last name be withheld, discusses her role working at a hospital in Ukraine and what doctors, soldiers, and civilians need the most. Viktoriya and her family fled the Russian occupation of Kherson while other family members stayed behind. She talks about her role in supporting the Ukrainian resistance, fighting disinformation, aiding refugees, and converting a factory that produced high-fashion women's clothes into a facility that makes uniforms for Ukrainian soldiers. The Russian-Ukraine War Map is a great resource to use while listening to the podcast to see the geography covered in today's podcast.
