Episode 30: Embracing Your Sacred Anger Anger can be a gift and an opening into understanding ourselves more deeply, voicing our truths more potently, and a gateway into accessing the well of inner power that rests inside of us. Sacred anger illuminates our needs and our boundaries, and it tells the story of the parts of us, and the ancestors that reside within us, that have been silenced.  On a societal level, depending on the gender you've been socialized as, you've either been taught to ignore, push away or silence your anger, or you've been taught that anger is the only "appropriate" emotion or response that you can express outwardly to the world.  In this episode, we explore: -why anger is one of our most important teachers -how anger can fuel us to be fully who we are in the world -the role of anger when it comes to helping us create boundaries and identify unconscious needs -the way that anger can light the path forward, and ignite you into aligned action -how anger presents for you, depending on whether you've been socialized as a woman or man in this society and how you can work with your anger to shift your relationship to it And so much more!
