How often have you heard the advise: "just be you", or some variation it? "Just do you", "to thyself be true", etc. It's actually great advice! We absolutely SHOULD be true to ourselves, but there's a problem... it isn't always easy.Sometimes it is. That is, when society's expectations align with you being you.
