Many Nepalese choose to work in the Gulf employed in a variety of sectors from construction to hospitality. In this episode of Voices IHRB’s Head of Migrant Workers Programme Neill Wilkins talks to Bibek Dhakal a Nepalese migrant worker employed in the hospitality industry in UAE. Bibek is a leading member of the Nepalese migrant worker support network Shramik Sanjal and has been involved in supporting migrant workers from all countries working in the region.
