Scott studied for a long time with the founder of Shadow Yoga, Shandor Remete, and he was also a student of Dr. Robert Svoboda. Scott has been teaching yoga since 1997, and he has been an integral part of my life for the past ten years. In today’s conversation, Scott shares his journey into traditional Chinese medicine, yoga, and Ayurveda; what lights him up about his work; and his advice to others who are figuring out their purpose.
