As a high achiever who is dropping the idea of work + life “balance” and instead focusing on starting to integrate your life & work, it’s important to know this - your goals should and can still be ambitious, challenging, specific, cause you to stretch out of your comfort zone and what you normally would do – this is a good thing, and it’s where growth happens. You should also have a specific plan for your goals because when you see specific action steps you can take to achieve your goals, it’s hard for you to ignore them.   All of this will also energize you more, increase your motivation, productivity, willpower and overall satisfaction. And most importantly …… further equip you to SHOW UP even on those days you don’t feel like it.    Today, I’m pulling the curtain back for you on my S.T.R.O.N.G goal setting system because it’s going to help you set goals that will help you grow AND that are in alignment with you, but also help you set goals that have you thinking about - envisioning and taking action on who you want to be, how you want to feel, HOW you want to become that - the person you need and want to grow into in order to achieve your goals. Your goals need to directly be related to this person you see yourself as in the future – the characteristics of your goals should have you actively living into these. When you learn to set goals this way, you’re more likely to stick to with them and you are better able to achieve the things you desire while integrating your Life’s work and your work.   Grab your favorite beverage and let’s dig in!   Don’t forget to rate, review & subscribe on Apple Podcasts!   Ways to connect with me:   Signup to be first-to-know for upcoming opportunities to learn more from me: https://www.tiffanygwallace.com/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/tiffanygwallace/ Facebook: https://bit.ly/3qo2yJN LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/tiffany-wallace-9123a2106/ Website: https://www.tiffanygwallace.com/
