FAM: Fertility Awareness Method is a method of birth control that does not involve hormones or devices! Its all about learning the signs of ovulation from your wise, beautiful body to detect when ovulation is happening, to either prevent or achieve pregnancy (using basal body temperature, cervical fluid and/or cervical position).
