Oil outlook brighter ahead of Opec meeting this week

Leaders of Opec will meet this week to extend existing production limits into early 2021. Dr Ellen Wald, consultant and senior fellow at the Atlantic Council in Jacksonville in Florida, tells us what we can expect from the meeting. The Lebanese capital Beirut has long been established as a leading centre of medical tourism, attracting the best doctors to work there. But now medical professionals are beginning to leave.
