Agile got me out of my parenting burnout. This is the exact course that got me out of parenting burnout. But first, you have to go through some things before you get to Agile. What is burnout? It is a complete overwhelm with mental, physical and emotional exhaustion. What are the signs of burnout? You are yelling; have less of an attention span; frustration; irritation; body aches; and fatigue. First, you must admit that you are experiencing them.  Then, make a plan. Find ways to lighten your load immediately. Block out meaningful time for yourself. You need to ask for help. Agile came in to help me because it helped me to prioritize and minimize my overwhelm and my list. Agile helped me to delegate through self-assigning tasks.
