What is Minimalism with Rose Lounsbury

Your Agile Home - Podcast tekijän mukaan Yvonne Marcus

Today, I'm chatting with my friend Rose Lounsbury about minimalism.

Overwhelm and burnout are common feelings that lead people toward minimalism.  Once Rose got her house "under control" a lot of the stress and overwhelm caused by her home was gone. She could finally relax.

We discuss how to decide what you need in your life.  Change the questions that you ask yourself.

Reduce the amount of things you need. That cuts down on what you need to organize and keep clean.

If you're unsure or you need training wheels, get a "purgatory" box.

We also discuss how things changed with the pandemic.

We wrap up talking about where is the best place to start. 1. Start somewhere easy. 2. Start with your own stuff.
