When Your Stakeholders Are On Your Dev Team

Your Agile Home - Podcast tekijän mukaan Yvonne Marcus

For those of you who don't know what these tech terms mean, I'm going to break it down.

Your dev team are the people who are putting together and developing the solution. The stakeholders are the people who will be using the solution and process.

For us, ownership brings about strong reactions. There may be resistance and exuberance. You want this!

Solutions and feedback will happen in real time - right away!

It is totally okay to make small tweaks during your sprints, but don't make any giant changes mid sprint. Don't throw anything out. You need to try it for 2 weeks to recognize what is and is not working. This is an important step on your path.
