Cleaning Your Lenses, #674

In this episode, I use a metaphor near and dear to those of us who wear lenses. I have had glasses or contacts since first grade. Without them, I am essentially blind. Sometimes, we allow the mists in front of us to blind us or sometimes we get myopic because we haven’t cleaned our lenses in a while. Where are you looking? Are you tuning up your vision regularly? I have discovered that regular check-ups are required. You can see way better when you check-in. A spiritual check-in is the best tune-up. Who are you thinking about most? Are you centered on yourself? Do you think just about what you get? I notice when I look outward and find those who I can love, I feel better, do more, and life is way brighter.
