Episode 325 – Telling the Truth to Others

In this episode, we expand the challenge. Yesterday we talked about telling the truth to ourselves. That is hard enough, especially when you include your internal conversation. Telling the truth, always, every time without exception, to everyone is another layer of challenge, but it is so important. We lack the words of honesty and commitment in our world today. When you hear, “Yes, I will,” from someone, what you really know is “If I remember, If I still feel like it, If I don’t get a better offer, and If you don’t tick me off between now and then.” That is a truly sad state of affairs. What can you do? It turns out you have more power than you think. It all starts with an internal commitment.
