Episode 375 – It’s a Lie Debut

In this episode, we talk about one of the songs on the dark album – Name of the Black. It consists of a couple of stories in my life where I discovered that those I depended on were lying. Without assigning any motive, the fact remains that what they said was false. That can be soul-crushing. We believe in what we think we know and when that is revealed to be different, it is hard. Those perpetrating the lie may be doing it on purpose, but they may just be living in their own weakness and limitations. When those discoveries happen, we can let them destabilize us. Or we can take control and realize those intentions aside, we can control how we live, what we react to, and what we create.
