Episode 394 – Believing in the Sauce

In this episode, we talk about poison Pill #1 – The sauce. This is the idea that there is a secret sauce that if we somehow find it and pour it on our life today that all our problems will magically be fixed. It is the wish that there is a magic wand to fix everything without the work of change. No luck. There is no sauce. You can’t go to aisle 13 at your grocery store and find it. That doesn’t stop people from selling it millions of times over in endless varieties. The get rich quick scheme, the loose weight without effort promise. All these are different varieties of this wishful idea. Truthfully, we can be grateful for the work required to create change. The joy and the growth are always in the journey.
