Love Is Eternal, #552

In this episode, we dive into one of the most important aspects of love. Everything in our world gets old and dies. Mountains, rocks, everything erodes and crumbles. Love is the only thing that endures forever. It is literally the eternal rock upon which creation rests. How can we learn to understand this truth? Sometimes a kid yells at their parents because they can’t do what they want. A toddler who wants candy, a teenager who wants to go out, or whatever. I imagine that’s how we seem when we rail against the divine because elements of life don’t turn out like we want them to or when we want them to. The design of existence is for us to grow and learn to love and serve each other, not just have a “good life.”
