In this episode, we talk about the convincing and capable use of language. We all have times when we can’t express our thoughts clearly. In those situations, we lose focus, we may lose the opportunity and we fail to achieve our objectives. This is a reason to get skilled in using language to communicate or persuade. Good language can explain in a way that helps resolve conflict, solve problems or build bridges between people. We can communicate ideas and teach effectively when we know how to use language. Business and government depend on good use of language. How much more important is it to develop skillful use of language to get our intentions across, understand others or sell our products or services.
