She is currently the Director of Property and Casualty Customer Service for Farm Bureau Insurance of Michigan. She is a graduate student in the inaugural Customer Experience Management Master’s Degree program at Michigan State University. Her goal is to create a frictionless and sincere customer experience while adding value and purpose for the employee.
