Lyn Huston is a school teacher in a one classroom school in remote central Nevada in the United States. Lyn's journey has seen her lose an incredible 100 pounds in around two years. Now 54 years old, she has successfully maintained that loss for some two years now. She is an Elliptigo bike enthusiast and is training for the world Elliptigo Cycling Championships which sees her riding her bike over vast distances while training and competing as a top-level athlete in her sport.  Lyn takes us through her fasting journey from the beginning and gives us some great insights into living a successful intermittent fasting lifestyle and making it sustainable for the long term. Lyn also gives us some motivation and encouragement to the listeners in this podcast. Her experience now that she is a long term successful faster really shines through.
